Harley Offshore Services Ltd was registered in Nigeria with RC Number 1144304 to serve companies in the upstream and downstream sector in  the provision of marine and offshore equipment, brokerage, agency and  consultancy services.

In July 2021, Ascension Holding Ltd took over majority share in Harley Offshore and, Harley Offshore therefore became a member of two other companies (SellyFak Energy Services Ltd and Rockville Montessori).

Safety is the watch word in Harley Offshore. Our focus is to create a working system that will operate within the ISM management system. Our safety management is undergoing certification, and this will be implemented to the latter.
