Harley Offshore Services Ltd was registered in Nigeria with RC Number 1144304 to serve companies in the offshore industry within West and Central African region in the provision of marine and offshore equipment, brokerage, agency and consultancy services. Within our short time of existence, we strive to exceed the expectation of our customers.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
EKE HART IHEGWU
Eke Hart Ihegwu is the Managing Director of Harley Offshore Services Ltd, he graduated from Federal University of Technology Owerri as a Mechanical Engineer in 1992. He started his career as a trainee engineer in a manufacturing company before moving to the oil and gas sector working first as a sale/service engineer and finally as a Business Development Manager.
ATEGWA FERDINAND
Mr Ategwa Ferdinand is the Executive Director (Operations) of Harley Offshore Services Ltd, holds an LLB (Hons) from University of Buea Cameroon in 2000 and also an M.Sc. in Shipping Management from the World Maritime University, Malmo, Sweden in 2002.
FAGBULE ADEWOLE STANLEY
Stanley Adewole Fagbule is the Executive Director (Finance and Administration) of Harley Offshore Service Ltd, he holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ilorin. He has up to thirty (30) years cognate experience in the oil and gas industry.
